Minister of Tourism and Antiquities Pays Visit to Cinnabon Mecca Mall Bakery

His Excellency the Minister of Tourism and Antiquities Mr. Munir Nassar recently paid a visit to Cinnabon Jordan's Mecca Mall bakery. During his visit he expressed his utmost admiration and appreciation to both the services and facilities that the company is providing for its customers.



Mr. Nassar's visit came as part of a series of regular field inspections that he is currently undergoing at companies and businesses that provide tourism and hospitality services to Jordanians and visitors in the Kingdom, and such visits serve to highlight the ministry's interest in ensuring that these entities provide top quality facilities that in turn help preserve a good image of Jordan.



Mr. Nassar has expressed his admiration for the key role that Cinnabon Jordan is playing in enhancing the tourism sector of Jordan. He also acknowledged the pivotal role and the strength that the tourism sector plays in elevating the Jordanian economy, for the wide range of services and products that this sector provides is only the result of the efficient partnership seen between the private and public sectors.



Mr. Mahfouz Said, General Manager of Cinnabon Jordan thanked Mr. Nasser for taking the time to visit one of the company's leading bakeries. According to him, the minister's visit serves to reflect his support for the award winning branch of Cinnabon.



It is important to note that, Cinnabon Jordan's Mecca Mall bakery was recognized as the world’s second best for the year 2005. On another level the same branch was also recognized as the best Cinnabon Bakery in the Middle East.



Mr. Nassar, meanwhile, pointed out that all the companies and businesses working in the tourism sector will be undergoing strict observation from the ministry, as the ministry will be tightening the regulatory procedures inflicted on these companies in the aim of ensuring that they all fully comply with local health and tourist regulations. The ministry will also encourage these businesses to provide the best quality of services before summer, Jordan's high tourist season.

Mr. Nassar take the time to visit one of Cinnabon's branches, for this gesture only goes to show the notable success that our firm enjoys within the Jordanian market. His choice to visit the Cinnabon Mecca Mall branch in particular only serves to further prove the magnitude of the recognition that this particular branch has achieved on both a local and global scale.
