GEMMS Inc., developer of the nationÂs first fully integrated, cardiology-specific electronic clinical information system (ECISplus), today announced it has just added another 164 Cardiologists to its growing network. President and Chief Executive Officer, Rodger P. Pinto commented, ÂOur outstanding sales thus far in 2005 have exceeded our 2004 sales projections.Â
GEMMS has introduced several new products in response to market needs and Vice President of Sales, Brian Bromberek, feels this is part of the reason for the continued sales growth.
ÂOur first hand knowledge of the cardiovascular practice arena, our dedication to provide solutions to everyday problems faced in the cardiology practice and the breath of our product line has been a major factor in our success, he said. ÂHowever, our single most important success factor is our existing customer base which has grown to over 125 practice locations in 33 States."
ÂThe healthcare information solutions marketplace is really beginning to heat up and interest in automating medical practices is high, stated Bromberek. ÂOur strength is our large nationwide cardiology practice network. When a practice is thinking about moving into the information age, they want to be assured the product they select will get them there. As our network continues to grow, so does the trust and creditability in our products and services, illustrated by the willingness of customers to talk and work with prospective clients to personally show them the value they have received by implementing the GEMMS ECISplus system.Â
ÂOur network, made up of the most prestigious cardiology programs in the country, Â said Pinto. ÂIn addition to increased sales, we are also experiencing an increase in requests for demonstrations, site visits and proposals. The next few months should be even more exciting than the past few.Â
